MercyCare WA appoints dentsu as media partner
dentsu Western Australia has been appointed as the media agency partner for MercyCare, one of Western Australia's leading not-for-profit providers of aged care, disability services, early learning, and family and community services.
The appointment reflects dentsu WA's continued focus on partnering with purpose-led organisations and brands that create meaningful impact across the state. Commencing 1 July 2026, the partnership will see dentsu lead media strategy, planning and buying to help build awareness of MercyCare’s care services, supporting Western Australians through every stage of life.
dentsu will work alongside creative partner Chapter, who have worked with MercyCare since 2024 and were the minds behind the “When Life Needs” campaign creative in 2025.
Dentsu client partner Charles Dangibeaud said: "We're incredibly proud to be partnering with MercyCare. They are an organisation with a long history of making a meaningful difference in the lives of Western Australians, and we're excited to help tell that story more broadly.
"MercyCare is a brand with a powerful purpose. Our role is to build on the momentum already created through 'When Life Needs' and help more Western Australians understand the breadth of support available to them.
"We're equally excited to be working alongside Chapter's Hannah and Dean, who have been instrumental in shaping MercyCare's brand in market. Their support and collaborative approach have been invaluable as we establish this new bespoke partnership of media, strategy and creative specialists."
Nawal Leon Kurson, Manager of Brand Communication & Marketing, MercyCare, said: "Building awareness of our services is critical to ensuring those who need support know where and how to find us.
"Charles, the dentsu team and their strong partnership with Chapter demonstrated a strong understanding of our mission and the not-for-profit sector. This understanding of our audiences and the role media can play will help us reach more Western Australians.
"We look forward to working together to help more people and families discover the support, care and opportunities available through MercyCare."
