Carat announces three key promotions across its client leadership team

Carat Perth has announced another three significant promotions within its client team following last month’s promotion of Geoff Langton and Sophie Park, recognising outstanding performance, strong client partnerships and the depth of talent across the agency.

Emily Whyte has been promoted to Client Director WA Government, following exceptional client feedback and her leadership across the Department of the Premier and Cabinet portfolio — one of the largest and most complex in the agency. Emily also played a pivotal role in Carat’s successful pitch for the Department of Health in December 2025, demonstrating her strategic capability, commitment and growing influence within the business whilst ensuring a seamless transition from appointment to implementation. She has impressed with her attention to detail and formidable client relationship skills across a range of Government clients.

Morgan Hopkins steps into the role of Senior Client Manager, reflecting her strong contribution to the WA Police account and consistently impressive client and media partner feedback across her broad WA Government portfolio. Morgan’s ability to build trust, navigate complex challenges and deliver high‑quality work has cemented her as a key member of the Government client service team.

Ashlee Rattray has been promoted to Client Manager, acknowledging her continued dedication and impact across major clients including Cash Converters and Lotterywest and most recently leading the launch of the West Coast Eagles new brand campaign. Ashlee’s reliability, attention to detail and client‑first mindset have made her an invaluable partner to both clients and internal teams.
