Chris Freeland is the CEO of our Customer Experience Management (CXM) practice in the UK & Ireland, leading Merkle and our broader CXM capability.

He brings 20+ years’ experience in customer engagement and CRM, helping clients reimagine how they engage with customers across every touchpoint. Before joining dentsu, Chris served as CEO of RAPP UK, where he led the UK business for five years before stepping into a wider regional executive leadership role. 

Chris’s inclusive leadership style empowers teams to thrive and deliver exceptional results. His track record in delivering client results across many blue-chip respected brands through collaboration, accountability, and strategic delivery, speak for themselves.
