Vjeko Srednoselec

With extensive experience across the marketing industry — including advertisers, publishers, and leading media and digital agencies — Vjeko joined dentsu to strengthen and accelerate digital operations for Carat and to launch iProspect.

Today, as Country Manager Croatia, he is responsible for leading dentsu’s business operations and growth in Croatia. In parallel, he serves as Chief Operating Officer across Southeast Europe, Ukraine, and the Baltics, overseeing client relationships, business development, and operational excellence across the region, with a strong focus on expanding digital and non-core services.
He is a self-driven, energetic leader with a clear big-picture mindset and a constant drive for meaningful change.
