Maria Grachnova

Maria Grachnova has built a strong and successful career at dentsu, joining the business in 2012 as Managing Director with the launch of Carat Bulgaria. Under her leadership, the company has undergone significant growth and transformation, marked by the successful launches of Vizeum in 2013 and iProspect in 2014. In 2015, she was appointed CEO of dentsu Bulgaria.

Since 2017, Maria has played a key role in shaping dentsu's regional development, leading the implementation of the network's business strategy across Southeast Europe and driving stronger collaboration and growth across multiple markets.

Her regional responsibilities have steadily expanded over the years. In 2020, she was appointed CEO of dentsu Romania, followed by Croatia in 2021. In 2025, she also assumed responsibility for dentsu Ukraine, and in 2026 her leadership scope further extended to the Baltic countries—Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Today, Maria leads dentsu Southeast Europe, overseeing Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, and the Baltics, while continuing to support the development of the wider Southeast Europe affiliate network across Adriatic markets. She is a driving force behind the organization's transformation into a truly connected regional network, fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, innovation, and cross-border partnership to deliver integrated growth for clients, people, and the business.
